What’s your favourite part of your role at Frank?
Working with both sides of the business (Business Development and the Studio) along with the clients to smoothly deliver quality websites.
What does your average day at Frank look like?
• Making the tea/coffee to set the team up for the day
• Team stand-up meeting to review the previous day and what needs to be completed today regarding design and development
• Client calls, show and tell meetings and client CMS training along with the developers
• Project planning, updating of plans, building project packs for new client engagements
• Team support - meetings / 1:1s
• Internal meetings on strategy/process
• Implementing operational efficiencies
• Report building for the board
What's your most embarrassing work moment?
Falling asleep and snoring on a conference call with Singapore in a previous role... in fairness it was in the early hours of the morning due to time differences!
What has been your biggest challenge since working at Frank?
Coming from large corporate roles into an SME (Small-Medium Sized Enterprise) and having to wear many different hats each day, whereas before there were teams of people completing the other activities.
How do you think the products/services Frank offer set it apart from other digital providers?
A dedicated team who are all working to the same objective of making Frank best in class by delivering quality web sites on time and within budget.Innovative ideas to help with everyday issues. Well designed sites meeting and exceeding clients' expectations.
What is your greatest personal achievement?
Outside of work the cliché will be – ‘My Children’. Work-wise, writing from scratch (took 6 months) and executing the implementation plan for a $15million project moving £6 billion worth of credit card accounts from one platform to another. The plan was then used a ‘best in practice’ across the rest of Europe.
What's your favourite line from a film?
“Are you going to pull those pistols or whistle Dixie?”

Where do you want Frank to be in the next 5 years?
3 times larger than we are now without loss of enthusiasm, dedication and happy clients!
