What’s your favourite part of your role at Frank?
Seeing websites I've designed 'come to life' during the development phase and hearing the great feedback from our clients.
What does your average day at Frank look like?
- Team meeting in the morning via conference call to discuss ongoing/new project work with project managers, developers and designers
- My tasks for the day could include anything from designing a full website from scratch, to carrying out Quality Assurance (QA) checks on website builds that are almost complete, to integrating website content, to designing brochures, logos and anything in between! Ensuring that the rest of the design team know what they need to be doing for the day and offering support. Drinking a lot of coffee.
- A few client meetings dotted about, again via Teams in this new way of working
How do you think the products/services Frank offer set it apart from other digital providers?
The whole team are constantly coming up with new and innovative ideas to improve our digital offering. We never rest on our laurels and I think that's really obvious to our clients, who always appreciate our proactive attitude towards creating high quality solutions for each project, whatever is involved.
What is your greatest personal achievement?
Outside of work... I started a small business during the first lockdown, making and selling handmade jewellery and illustration prints. It's going far better than I'd ever expected and it's something I'm very proud of and really enjoy doing in my spare time!
What's your favourite line from a film?
"A gun rack? A gun rack? I don't even own a gun, let alone many guns that would necessitate an entire rack. What am I gonna do... with a gun rack? " - Wayne's World
Something about you that other people don’t know?
I can vibrate my eyeballs and I'm weirdly freaked out by wind turbines...
Where do you want Frank to be in the next 5 years?
Doing what we're doing now but with a bigger team and with even more amazing NHS clients and innovative projects to be proud of!
